Refund Conditions

We will refund any item(s) returned in original condition within 30 days of delivery, provided that the item(s) have not been worn, damaged, soiled, washed, or altered. Refunds are not granted if the item is damaged in the possession of the customer.

  • We are not able to offer refunds on lost package due to address errors.
  • We are not able to offer refunds on orders with tracking numbers that state delivered.
  • We are not able to offer refunds on lost or stolen items. 
  • No refunds will be given without a receipt. 

How to process a return or an exchange for your order?

Gemdelux stands behind our high quality. If you are unsatisfied with your merchandise for any reason, please, email us at contact@gemdelux.com to coordinate a return or exchange. In the email, please include:
  1. Order number.
  2. Reason for the return or exchange.
  3. The item you would like to return or exchange.
A representative will then provide you will all details to process the return or exchange.


After your item is received and inspected, your return will be processed and credit will be issued on your original form of payment. Please allow seven days after your product is received for our warehouse to process the return or exchange. Please allow 7-14 business days for the funds to show up in your account, as certain conditions of your payment company can cause delays.
